The Hospital Al-Sultan Abdullah (HASA) Emergency Department at Puncak Alam is a state of the art facillity staffed by emergency physicians, trained in emergency medicine care. The physicians work hand in hand with a group of talented and highly motivated emergency medicine medical officers and paramedics in providing the best care available.
We provide immediate medical attention and care to patients requiring emergent and unscheduled treatments. In the emergency department, we triage, evaluate, treat and stabilise emergency conditions and continue with transitions of care, either inpatient or outpatient, supported by other specialities that are available 24 hours a day.

What To Expect
Whenever a patient comes to our emergency department, there are a few steps that the patient will go through.

24 hours a day, 7 days a week (including public holidays) |
VISITING INFO
For the privacy and safety of patients under our care, an adult patient in the emergency department is allowed to receive only one visitor at a time, upon request from our staff. For children under the age of 12, one adult is allowed to accompany the child inside the emergency department.
During times of infectious disease outbreak or disaster, we will temporarily limit visiting rights. In these situations, our team of health providers will use others means of communication in updating the course of treatment of your loved ones.
