The appointment date will be given within 14 working days after the doctor has screened the referral letter.

HASA implements a registration system 30 minutes early before the appointment time. Registration must be done at the HASA Specialist Clinic Registration Counter before the patient attends the Women's and Children's Specialist Clinic. This is to avoid overcrowding at the clinic and reduce patient waiting time for treatment.
Patients who already have a HASA registration number (for example HUiTM 0023456) can download the UiTM Hospital Digital Mobile Application on Google Playstore and Apple Store (can search UiTM Hospital) and can check-in use the application. For new patients, registration must be done at the HASA Specialist Clinic Registration Counter before being able to use the UiTM Hospital Digital Mobile Application.
This is because O&G specialists need enough time to monitor and evaluate the development of the mother's pregnancy to ensure a safe birth process.
This is because O&G specialists need sufficient time to monitor and assess the development of the mother's pregnancy to ensure a safe birth process.
Pregnant mothers need to attend at least 1-2 appointments at the O&G Specialist Clinic to enable the mother to give birth at HASA. The frequency of appointments at the O&G Specialist Clinic depends on the state of the mother's health. The mother may also be advised to continue the appointment at the Health Clinic in addition to the appointment at the O&G Specialist Clinic.
The service is only offered to patients who have specific health reasons (certain medical indications) who are referred directly by medical officers/experts from any health facility.
A charge of RM 15.00 will be applied for new patient registration (one time only) and an additional RM 15.00 for the expert consultation price for each session. Other charges will apply depending on the type of service offered to the patient. For example, blood tests or ultrasound. For a complete list of prices and charges, please refer to the HASA Payment Counter. However, antenatal check-up services for patients who are civil servants (who have a Letter of Guarantee) are free.

We only accept patients in early pregnancy who are referred because they need specialist evaluation.
Other patients (who are at low risk) can open the Antenatal Book as early as possible in the hospital and other health clinics before reaching 22 weeks of pregnancy. The first appointment for those with low risk will only be given after the pregnancy has passed 22 weeks or more. This is because appointment slots are also limited because HASA also offers other services in addition to follow-up treatment for expectant mothers at the Women's and Children's Specialist Clinic.
This is to give justice to all other patients who attend according to the date and time set for them. It is also to avoid unnecessary congestion at the clinic and reduce patient waiting time for treatment. In addition, the evening is also the administrative time of the clinic staff for patient documentation work after carrying out clinical work in the morning.
The patient is allowed to bring only one companion. This is to guarantee the comfort of other patients who are more in need due to the fact that waiting room facilities such as chairs are limited.
The HASA Labour Room adopts a husband-friendly policy which means that the husband or a female family member (only one) is allowed to accompany the wife during the active phase. You can refer to the policy on the HASA website.
So far, HASA still does not allow any companion (husband or family member) to wait in the Antenatal / Postnatal Ward due to safety, privacy and patient comfort factors. However, our hope is to allow female companions to accompany patients during their stay in the Antenatal / Postnatal Ward in the future.
We only accept patients who have received antenatal follow-up treatment at the Women's and Children's Specialist Clinic, HASA. If an unregistered patient experiences signs of labour, the patient is advised to go to a hospital or other maternity centre that accepts walk-in cases. This is because beds at HASA are limited to patients who have registered with us only. HASA is very committed to providing the best service to HASA patients. Nevertheless, our hope is to be able to provide a comprehensive service both to our patients and to patients who come as walk-ins in the future.
Please contact the HASA Maternity Ward at 03-33963309 and go there immediately for further treatment.
Immediately to the Emergency Department.
Immediately to the PAC/Maternity Room.
