Human Resource Management Division (BPSM) consists of two (2) important units, namely the Organizational Development Unit (UPO) and the Staff Recruitment and Placement Unit (UPPS).
Organizational Development Unit (UPO) is responsible for managing human resource planning, human resource information management, registration of Professional Bodies & renewal of Annual Practicing Certificate (APC) for medical practitioners, development of Myportfolio & Job Descriptions (JD), Workload Allowance (EPK), and appointment of MySTEP personnel.
Staff Recruitment and Placement Unit (UPPS) is responsible for managing the recruitment and appointment of permanent/contract administrative staff as well as applications for initial salary adjustments.
