Programme: MSQH Internal Audit

Synopsis:
An internal audit was conducted to pinpoint areas for improvement in meeting the MSQH requirements in anticipation of the upcoming MSQH evaluation in November 2023. Auditors were selected from various departments and organized to facilitate the auditing process.
The invited external auditors were:
- Tuan Ir. Al-Khairi Mohd Daud (MSQH Surveyor)
- YBrs Dr. Afidah Ali (Director of Selayang Hospital)
- YBrs Aida binti Amir (Deputy Medical Director 2, Selayang Hospital)
- YBrs Dr. Shahli Aiman (Head of Quality Unit, Selayang Hospital)
Their involvement aimed to offer valuable experience and improvements pertaining to essential standards, enhancing the hospital's readiness for MSQH evaluation.
