Synopsis:
A workshop centered on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) was conducted for the staff of Al-Sultan Abdullah Hospital. The speakers invited to this workshop were:
- Dr. Erlendawati binti Mohd Anuar, Public Health Specialist UD54, Medical Quality Care Unit, Medical Development Division, Ministry of Health Malaysia.
- Dr. Khairulina Haireen binti Khalid, Deputy Director General Level UD54, Medical Quality Care Unit, Medical Development Division, Ministry of Health Malaysia.
- Dr. Mohd Fuad bin Sallehuddin, Deputy Director General Level UD54, Medical Quality Care Unit, Medical Development Division, Ministry of Health Malaysia.
The workshop aimed to cover various aspects, including the development and monitoring of the KPI process, as well as KPI Audit and Shortfall in Quality (SIQ) analysis.
