Programme: 2 Patient Identifier Training Workshop

Synopsis
The primary objective of this workshop was to familiarize participants with the significance of the patient identification process and the correct procedures to be followed. The procedures taught were in alignment with the guidelines issued by the Patient Safety Unit, Ministry of Health Malaysia. Moreover, participants received training to become auditors within their respective units.
The workshop was conducted by the following speakers:
- Dr. Mohd Fazrul Mokhtar, Coordinator of Patient Identification 2, Patient Safety Committee, Hospital Al Sultan Abdullah.
- Dr. Fatim Zulaika Mohamed Ali, Deputy Head, Department of Quality Improvement and Patient Safety, Hospital Al-Sultan Abdullah.
