Synopsis:
The Quality Improvement and Patient Safety Department welcomed a benchmarking visit by the Quality and Risk Management Unit of Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah Hospital, UPM. The primary goal of this visit was to facilitate the exchange of experiences and ideas concerning the management of quality-related issues within Malaysian teaching hospitals. Additionally, the visit was centered on preparations for MSQH Accreditation. The official commencement of this visit was overseen by Associate Professor Dr. Ahmad Izuanuddin Ismail, Deputy Clinical Director of Al-Sultan Abdullah Hospital.
