Introduction

The Auxiliary Police of Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) Hospital Al-Sultan Abdullah (HASA) is a uniformed security unit operating under the administration of the Hospital Director, with official recognition and approval for its establishment granted by the Royal Malaysia Police on 18 April 2011. The formation of this unit is in line with the need to establish a highly capable security force to ensure that safety management within the hospital area is carried out in a systematic, effective, and legally compliant manner.

As an entity that plays a vital role in safeguarding lives, property, and public order within the hospital environment, the UiTM HASA Auxiliary Police is entrusted with various functions including access control, security patrols, traffic management, closed-circuit television (CCTV) monitoring, as well as immediate response to any emergencies or security threats. Its personnel consist of officers and members who have undergone intensive training and received accreditation from the relevant authorities, ensuring that every duty is performed professionally, with integrity, and with priority given to the interests of all individuals within the hospital premises.
