To register for the BLS course, click on the "Registration" tab. Information about course dates and fees is available. Click the "Sign Up" button, follow the prompts to create your account, and you will be able to browse and enroll in our course.

We only accept payments via bank transfer through the UitmPay link provided during your course registration. Once you have completed the payment, upload the payment slip to complete the registration. If you have been provided with a complimentary voucher, please upload the voucher to finalize the registration.

For non-UiTM users, the course administrators will verify the payment proof before granting access to the instructional videos. Once your payment is processed, you can access your courses by logging into your account and start watching the instructional videos.

Yes, our learning platform is mobile-friendly. You can access course materials and lectures on a variety of devices, including smartphones and tablets, for a flexible learning experience.

Sorry, but we do not provide refunds. Instead, you are allowed to change your course date.

If you forget your password, you can click on the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. Follow the instructions sent to your registered email to reset your password.

The BLS course is self-paced, enabling you to learn at your convenience.

However, you need to select a date for a session with an instructor. The instructor-led session is the same session during which you will take the examination. For undergraduate medical students, you are given flexibility to choose different dates for the instructor-led session and the examination date.

The instructor-led session will commence at 8:30 am at the Clinical Simulation Centre. Participants will be divided into two groups: one focusing on infant CPR and the other on adult CPR and AED. The instructor will provide demonstrations, and groups will switch. Following this, there will be a demonstration of choking procedures, followed by practical and theoretical examinations. The theoretical exam will take place in the computer lab and is conducted online.

For clinical staff at Hospital Al-Sultan Abdullah, you will then be guided to the simulation ward, where you will receive instructions on managing cardiac arrest situations in a real ward setting, providing exposure to real-life scenarios encountered during your work. For non-hospital participants, you are allowed to depart after the session.

You are encouraged to engage in self-practice during your free time so that you can practice before the scheduled session with the instructor. This undoubtedly enhances your proficiency and understanding.

Hard copy reading materials are also available on a rental basis. You will be charged a rental fee and are required to return the materials on the day of the course. These books can be obtained from the Clinical Simulation Centre.

Yes, the pre-test is mandatory. Failure to complete the pre-test may result in your inability to take the examination on the course day.

You can access this platform again and retrieve it from your registered account on the platform.

During the practical examination, you have the opportunity to make up to 3 attempts within the examination session. Rest assured, we are committed to providing training and support until you successfully pass the practical component.

In the event that you encounter challenges with the theory component and do not pass, kindly choose a new date for a remedial exam. Your success is our priority, and we are here to assist you at every step.

For participants who received a complimentary course voucher, a fee of RM 50 will be applicable for the remedial theory exam.

Yes, we provide certificates of completion if you pass your practical and theory examinations. You can download and print your certificate from your account after successfully finishing a course.

According to the regulations set by the Resuscitation Committee of Hospital Al-Sultan Abdullah during the meeting on 20^th April 2022, the validity period for staff not serving in critical units is 2 years. For those serving in critical units such as the Emergency Department, Intensive Care Unit, and Cardiac Care Unit, the certificate is valid for 3 years. It is advisable to register for the course before the expiration date.

You can contact the secretariat, and we will provide guidance on whether your health issue will impact your participation in the BLS session. If we find that you are not suitable to join us, we will advise you to obtain an exemption letter from your doctor to be submitted to your employer.
